AmeriCares Norwalk Clinic Seeks Saturday Volunteers

Stamford, Conn. – August 27, 2013 – The Bob Macauley AmeriCares Free Clinic of Norwalk is seeking physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses to volunteer on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The clinic, located at 98 South Main Street, provides high-quality primary care services to low-income area residents without health insurance. Volunteers typically work one four-hour session a month. Medical malpractice insurance is provided. Volunteers must be licensed in the state of Connecticut.
