Press ReleaseSeptember 22, 2009 CONTACT: Donna Porstner FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE AmeriCares Mobile Outreach Program Moved to Danbury The AmeriCares Free Clinics mobile unit will make its last stop at Bethel's Stony Hill Firehouse and New Milford's Richmond Center on Monday Sept. 28. Bethel and New Milford residents without health insurance may continue to seek treatment at the Boehringer Ingelheim AmeriCares Free Clinic at 76 West Street in Danbury. The Danbury clinic is adding a session on Mondays from noon to 5 p.m. to accommodate the influx of patients. The clinic is also open Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon, Wednesday from noon to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. Appointments are required. AmeriCares Free Clinics provide quality health care to low-income, uninsured area residents in a setting where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
